Intellectual property and other rights
Subject to other provisions to the contrary, the Operator is the owner of the portal. All trademarks, names, titles, logos, images, designs, texts and other materials used on it belong to a legal entity of the Stimulis community or one of its contractual partners. No rights (usage, intellectual property rights, etc.) are conferred by accessing, downloading or copying the pages. Disclaimer
The Operator does not accept any liability (including negligence) in connection with access or lack of access to the portal or its individual components, and its use. No guarantee of access to the portal, its use, and the backing up or archiving of the transmitted data, is provided.
The portal contains links to the websites of third parties. Such sites are not operated or monitored by the Operator. The Operator does not accept any liability for the content of sites that are linked to or their Operators’ compliance with the legal data protection provisions.
Data transmission via Internet
The Internet is an open network accessible to all and therefore is basically not considered to be a secure environment. Although the individual data packets are basically sent in encrypted form, this does not apply to details such as sender and recipient. Moreover it is possible that data may be transmitted abroad, possibly to a country that has a lower level of data protection than Switzerland, even if the sender and recipient are located in Switzerland. The Operator does not accept any liability for the security of data during their transmission via the Internet.
Newsletter
Newsletters are only sent to customers at their express request. Subscriptions to newsletters can be cancelled at any time. You will find corresponding instructions in each newsletter.
Processing of personal data
Personal data are processed in accordance with our data protection policy.
Product prices and availability
The Operator will endeavor to ensure that product information (ingredients, nutritional information, allergy information, country of production, etc.) and any pricing details contained on the portal are kept up to date, although is unable to guarantee this. In particular, in the event of any changes to products, suppliers etc., it is possible that stores and online shops may be offering different variants of the same product at the same time (e.g. different production countries, producers or recipes). However, for practical reasons, in most cases the Operator only provides information on the portal concerning one single variant. Therefore, before purchasing please always check the label on the specific product that you intend to purchase or the packaging along with any supplementary information. This will prevail over the information provided on the portal or other websites in the event of any discrepancy.
Any prices stated are (unless indicated otherwise) net prices in Swiss francs (CHF). VAT may not apply as we are not registered to VAT.
